We have been currently trying to get high rate mobility allowance for our son Jordan for over a year, on our second appeal tribunal fed up of being asked the same questions : did i drop JC on his head ,did i take drugs or drink during pregnacy, which i did not not but surely if i did would it make my son less eligible? He has a full diagnosis of a typical autism which again is debatable, hardly any language severe temper tantrums unable to walk unaided, work great at school with teach and pecs and refuses to use it at home. my times JC has ran in the road after his video case jumps in bushes to avoid dogs,and rolls in a ball if a moterbike goes by and we spent and hour waiting for him to unwrap himself off a lompost all this with my two year old waiting sat on the floor. as you can see at the end of my teether with this lot feel like telling them to poke it but i am like a dog with a bone at the moment any advice would be gratefully recieved. many thanks Deb.
