      BCBA needed at Dubai ABA centre ABA Tutor Finder are searching for an experienced BCBA to join a team at an established centre in Dubai providing home based Behavioural Intervention covering all aspects of development for children and adolescents with a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) and Developmental Delay.The start date for this role will be November or December 2016. The successful candidate will have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with children adolescents aged largely between 8 and 16 years old. This will largely be in the home setting but also at school and in the natural environment. The centre has a small number of families they provide services for at any one time (between 7 and 11) providing 1-1 therapy and adopts a largely ABA-VB approach. As a key member of the centre’s team you will also be working closely with families to ensure consistency and learning opportunities are constant and consistent. Opportunities are available for advancement and promotion into managerial positions for individuals that display great leadership ability, initiative, skill, and dedication to their position.Qualifications/Requirements:  BCBA certification Master’s degree or higher in related field Minimum 2-years’ experience working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis November/December 2016 start dateDuties and Responsibilities:  Provide supervision to our ABA therapy team in the Inclusion Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings  Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA  Provide training and supervision to Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analysts (BCaBAs) Conduct functional assessments/analyses Conduct verbal treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines Assist with administrative tasks and oversight of the ABA department (including treatment programmes, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.)Compensation and Benefits Package: Competitive tax free salary: 20,000 UAE Dirham’s per-month (negotiable and dependant on experience) - Approximately £50k per-annum tax free  Private Health Insurance  Travel to and from centre provided 25 days paid holiday  All Visa requirements and licensing paid  One return flight annually to home countryTo apply for this role or for more information please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to: davidhinman@abatutorfinder.com
