      To work on a home programme with a 9 year old boy with Apraxia, Dyspraxia, executive function disorder and Autism.The family have been running a home programme which follows the USA VB MAPP and ABLLS protocol programmes for 5 years and have recently returned from living in the US for 3 ½ years. The programme is run from the family home in a rural village. We are looking for 3 hourly sessions x 3 days a week. Total of 9 hours per week. Sessions would require working in a natural living environment, with some outings to specified places such as playground to work on equipment. Specified goals selected from the VB MAPP and ABLLS programme will be based on the following: Primitive reflex exercises, strength building exercises, fine and gross motor skills and daily living life skills. We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Therapist who is passionate and caring and enjoys the rewards of helping children. Enjoys working as part of the team. All the paperwork of his 3 years of previous Occupational Therapy is available along with support from his USA therapist via Skype to help assist the new UK therapist in getting up to speed.Salary £24 per hour.
