My grandson is on the Autistic spectrum -very bright, highly musical but with communication problems. My daughter, his mother, has just endured a prolonged, often adjourned tribunal. The judge's(sic) incredibledecision has wiped out everything in his statement that he is at present receiving eg ABA and ordered him to a school. It would be difficult to describe the judge's attitude and behaviour without being libelous. If my daughter were to appeal, the system requires, incredibly, that it would be to the same judge, who is paid £550 plus for each session. I am thinking therefore that the only way to get a hearing conducted according to normal court practice which this judge completely abandoned would be by Judicial Review Has any member any experience of such a step, or has any views on the way tribunals are now conducted?

This is one of the most beneficent sites in this area. Look in here over again and recommend to all, because it is quite recommended. It is rare that the admin pages so cared for the treatment of reliable news on the page and its layout.
