What Is The Time Timer?

 The Time Timer is an innovative new teaching aid aimed toward time education for both young children and those with special needs.

 The abstract concept of time is easy to see and understand with the Time Timer’s visual depiction of elapsed time. See and “feel” time elapse as the red dial gets smaller and smaller each minute.

No need to be distracted by the hands and the numbers of a traditional clock face. The Time Timer clearly shows you how much time is left in any interval of 60 minutes.

 How Does It Work?

Simply move the red disc counterclockwise to the desired time interval. The disc diminishes as time elapses until no red is visible on the timer. The disc may be moved clockwise or counterclockwise without harming the mechanism.

In The Classroom
In a teaching situation, no other tool communicates the concept of elapsed time as well as the Time Timer. Used as an
interactive teaching tool, this classroom tested teaching aid reinforces the sense of elapsed time with a graphic
depiction of the time remaining. The Time Timer can be used to set time limits, measure the duration of activities
and train students to make better use of available time.

The Time Timer provides the ability to judge how much time is left without having to know how to tell the time. The
timers operate with high resolution, large dial numbers and ultra light quartz movement. These additional features

Software
The Time Timer CD is PC or MAC compatible and comes with an on-screen help page. The time can be easily changed
from minutes to seconds or even hours, offers a lock-down feature and the on-screen size can be altered to
individual needs. Licensed for five users.

Accessories
Customise your Time Timer by using the Time Timer Blanks. Instead of using numbers you can now use your
imagination as to how to mark the increments of time with coloured sticks, marker pens etc.

The Personal Timer Timer is lightweight, comes with a protective cover that flips open to serve as a stand.

The Medium Time Timer is ideal for both group and individual activity‛s and comes with a base for free standing
operation but can alternatively be hung on a wall. Approximate height 20cms.
The Large Time Timer is designed for group and classroom activities and can be free standing or hung on a wall.
