ABA Tutor Finder are searching for an experienced ABA therapist with a BCBA to join a team at an established centre in Dubai providing home and centre based Behavioural Intervention covering all aspects of development for children with a diagnosis of ASD and Developmental Delay.
The centre provides intervention to children aged 2 and above including a growing number of sponsored children of families in need. The centre has a focus on early intervention and adopts a largely ABA-VB approach. As a key member of the centre’s team you will also be working closely with families to ensure consistency and learning opportunities are constant and consistent.
The centre is searching for a “hands-on” BCBA who not only has the ability to setup and supervise an ABA programme and others, but is also willing to work one-on-one with the children to obtain the best possible understanding of their needs and requirements to progress the programme.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 BCBA certification
 Master’s degree or higher in related field
 Minimum 3-years’ experience working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide supervision to the ABA therapy team in the Inclusion Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings
 Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA
 Provide training and supervision to Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analysts (BCaBAs)
 Conduct functional assessments/analyses
 Conduct verbal treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
 Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines
Compensation and Benefits Package:
 Competitive tax-free salary: 20,000 UAE Dirham’s per-month (negotiable and dependant on experience) – Approximately £50k per-annum tax free
