Note: SFTAH transferred this from old data base when site was updated, thus date and name lost, all dates 2006 & 2007 changed during changeover to odd dates. My son has yet again been excluded from school, for the 3rd time in this school year. It is from today and he isnt allowed to return back to school until Monday. He has ADHD, Asperger, Dyspraxia and learning difficulties, and he is on a 20 hour statement. He has explained what happened, and to us it doesnt seem right that he has been excluded. In the letter it says he was throwing stones at a passer by. however our son tells us he was tossing stones in the air to catch, and one accidently went a bit high for him to catch.I wasnt there to collect him from school yesterday, so his older brother did, and he was left standing in the playground for approx 10 minuets before he knew where his brother was. In the end he found him in the heads office, and in the words of my son, Curled up in the corner like a scared animal!!!My question is where do i stand with this and what can I do to get them to realise, my sons problems and how they affect his behaviour. Thanks illy
