      Hi,

      I am currently living in Ireland. My son has been diagnosed with autism, and there is nothing here for him.

      Can anyone tell me what areas of the UK might be good to live in to access services?

      He is 3 and a half years old now and is on the moderate end of the spectrum. his greatest challenge is communication.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi

      I live in Andover hampshire, My three and half year old son is in a local special needs nursery called Acorns and there are 5 junior schools that I know of in this area too. We have a surestart school being finished at the moment and will be finished early next year. Childrens center, amazing staff and my son has only been there a year and he was confrimed Autistic in feb 2008 and statemented will start this sept.
